So bought a car from the Southampton branch, from Brandon. Great young guy, questioned him for about 45 minutes on the car and even though he had a horrible cold was patient and anything he couldn't answer he went away and found it, shared lots of information with us and was seemingly honest (time will tell). Car was a good price, wasn't rushed, wasn't pushed into buying things I didnt want, although we paid for extra it was our decision. Credit to Brandon, total asset , invest in this guy. Friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience, while overly long, due to Brandon running between 3 people, was pleasent and not rushed, if anything could do with a little more speed. We paid cash, so no finance to sort out , maybe that would be a different experience, but ours was pleasent with a nice guy. If I would say anything bad about the whole sale experience, it would be, the traffic on my test drive. Thanks team, good job. In a good way, I hope to never see you again .....or until my next car anyway. I was very sceptical about buying from Carsa but glad I did..
