Outstanding service from Jay! He was incredibly diligent, ensuring all my documentation was processed promptly and even staying late to make sure I could take delivery of the car. While there was a hiccup with the initial delivery schedule, the team at Towcester completely turned the experience around. Their helpfulness and efficiency quickly made up for the delay. Overall, a very smooth process thanks to a great team.
Absolutely furious. I reserved a car and then didn't have any sort of response from the company after multiple messages back and forth. After then threatening with a bad review, i got a response and was told my refund was processed. It is now 17 days later and i have still not had a refund after being told this would only take up to 10 days. I will continue to keep at them for my refund but do not waste your time.
