I was very excited to receive my first car but the sales team’s management was poor. They provided the vehicle but then informed me that the finance had not been approved. I waited 90 minutes in the Mountsorrel office without being informed of the situation and was unable to collect the car. I had paid £39 to reserve the vehicle which was subsequently refunded without explanation. I then paid this amount as a deposit but was still asked to pay it again. This is an unacceptable situation as I paid £39 to reserve the car which I subsequently paid as a deposit. No one cared enough to call me as i liked the car .
