Carsa Bradford - Extremely disappointing experience. My husband has spent 5 hours at the dealership today simply collecting a car he had already agreed a purchase price on with a PCP finance deal. More than 2 hours of that time was spent with the salesman repeatedly trying to upsell additional packages and extras. A simple collection turned into a lengthy sales pitch, and despite saying no multiple times, the pressure continued. Customers should be able to collect a car they’ve already bought without feeling trapped into unwanted add-ons. Only buy from here if you have plenty of spare time and are prepared to be repeatedly sold products you don’t want. They simply don’t seem to take no for an answer. 5 hours is an absolutely insane amount of time!
Overall, the experience was very positive and the process was easy to follow. I would also like to specifically mention Abdur-Rahim Mahmood, who assisted us during our visit. He was extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience much better. His customer service was excellent. Thank you for the support and opportunity.
Unfortunately there is a problem with the tax code for my car, it’s not registered as electric, I have got to request DVLA to change it, this can only be done with the V5 and V10, I've got to wait for the V5 to come through, then send it back along with the V10 to the DVLA and the payment, this will take a week, my new car is sitting on my drive and I can’t drive it, not happy, very disappointed and frustrated.
As soon as I walked in having looked at a few cars, I was greeted warmly, offered Coffee and put at ease. I had planned to go to Motorpoint and so glad I didn't! I now am the proud owner of a lovely VW Troc and thoroughly enjoyed the unveiling ceremony after it had been lovingly valeted by the Carsa team. Excellent service and Dan walked me through all the pros and cons. The team at Carsa made the whole process of purchasing a car so easy I almost forgot about the money 😀
