Excellent service especially to Liam and John! Had a very quick car purchase thru finance, which was all done in less than 2 days. They were very good at answering my queries and very helpful in clarifying the steps of the part exchange to the purchase. Two thumbs up to Carsa.

Car advertised as being in Gloucester. Called to book a test drive, car is actually in Loughborough. Pay a reservation and transport fee. Told car will be in Gloucester for Saturday. Book test drive for Sunday. Receive confirmation message. Drive 1 hour to Gloucester, car is still in Loughborough. Manager of Gloucester branch is borderline rude and takes the approach that it's us that must be wrong because Carsa couldn't possibly have made the mistake. Doesn't seem to care that we've driven an hour to get there and cancelled existing plans, suggests we could drive a further 2 hours to Loughborough. Yeah sure, a 6 hour round trip is completely reasonable. Told car will be available in Gloucester on Wednesday. Drive 1 hour home. Chase Carsa on Tuesday, they have no clue if car will definitely be in Gloucester on Wednesday. Chase again Wednesday morning, day of appointment, still no clue if car has been delivered to Gloucester. Call one hour before appointment, only then are they able to confirm car has been delivered to Gloucester. Drive an hour back to Gloucester, buy car, car sold with less than 30 miles of petrol in the tank. Offered a pathetic 1.15% discount off the price for how incompetent Carsa have been and how rude the Gloucester branch manager was. Very generous of them, barely covers the petrol cost of the wasted trip and the £99 admin fee that's then added in top. Very generously offer us a whopping £10 worth of petrol. Very pushy hard up selling of a 4 year warranty despite car having 4 years of manufacturers warranty on it. Very pushy selling of ceramic coating and paint & alloy protection plan. Offer us a 1% discount and then try to up sell nearly £3000 worth of crap. If we weren't really pressed for time when getting this car we would have walked away immediately, terrible customer service in branch and even worse customer service via their contact centre, neither of which actually have any clue what the other is doing.
