Interested an electric car on autotrader from Carsa. However their PCP quote on website were extremely different with the actual offer when you in store. Also they’re really hard sell their own services. I’ve spend long hours to deal with them to get the price down to close with what I was expected even though it still over a bit
I can’t fault Norris and the service he gave me, but the finance was awful, it was with a company called Northridge and getting the payout was ridiculously slow. It should have taken what an hour in total from arrival but 6 hours later it hadn’t been paid out, so I had to go as I had other things to do. Norris kindly came and delivered the car to me later in the day but it was a whole day wasted and made the whole new car experience a lot less exciting in fact it made it very disappointing
Customer service and constant contact, when I initially went to pick up my car, there was a slight finishing issue. Carsa rectified the issue, no fuss and kept in touch throughout, a company that can be judged well on when things don’t quite go according to plan is a good company to deal with.
