Hanging around for 5 hours then told you have a engine fault.ask to speak to a manager didn’t happen,left to get my own transport home and I’m now without a car until it’s been fixed. Not happy with this service,if car is not sorted out I would like a replacement or my money back thanks mr darling.
We went to test drive an electric golf tonight, we loved it and ended up buying it. Our salesman Danny was great, very knowledgeable. The sales manager Scott came over to see us asking if everything was ok he too was great, very friendly we would definitely recommend Carsa Tindale to all our family and friends.
Wouldn’t recommend Carsa if my life depended on it. From the start the whole experience started bad and ended up a nightmare. Awaiting compensation for how much they messed us around. Took the whole shine off the buying a new car experience. Save your money for a company that cares!!
