We recently purchased a 3-year-old SUV from Carsa and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The team were friendly, helpful, and never pushy, which made a big difference compared to other places we visited. Courtney Clark was our primary contact and so helpful. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our decision. The car itself was exactly what we wanted and as described—clean, well-presented, and in excellent condition. The buying process was quick and efficient, and everything was clearly explained along the way. Overall, we’re really pleased with both the vehicle and the service we received. Would definitely recommend Carsa to anyone looking for a quality used car and a hassle-free experience
I traveled from London to Northampton to collect my car on the orders of a carsa team member only to be there all day and my finance to not be in place as I thought!! I then travelled up a week later to finally collect my Q4 etron with only 40 miles on charge to travel back to London and the car was very dirty outside! On my drive home after charging it myself, numerous lights have been flashing up indicating electrical issues and a red warning light! I’ve now booked it in for tests and I’m very concerned I’ve been sold a car with serious problems! Very very disappointed in this situation! I Fully expect this to all be resolved and fixed by carsa but to have to be going through this already it’s a worrying time!
