There are individuals who were great, but the overall experience was not at all good. Firstly we made an appointment. This was not honoured, we were kept waiting for over an hour despite numerous staff seemingly unoccupied. The car had a single key. This was not in the written details. When I questioned this they offered the fact that a photo showing a single key was part of the listing. However on their website they have a disclaimer saying that the photos are not in any way a guarantee of the actual car! The car was filthy though I understand this is often the case with this type of dealership. On the test drive we asked various questions about the car - the staff member said they knew nothing about it as it had only arrived (from another Carsa site) that morning. They tried very hard to reduce the value of my trade in. At this point I was going to walk away (I wish I had) but at that point they revised it back to the original offered. Although they agreed to pay half the cost of a new key, they have not, the payment being short by about £40, which is probably the VAT amount. I wasn’t advised their offer excluded VAT! Finally despite me being very clear about not wanting any contact and not wanting to extend the warranty they have passed my details to a company who are calling to ask me to extend the warranty. I will never use them again.
