My experience at the showroom was good, I had a lovely sales person that really helped me with my finance in getting the car and also the guys at the front desk were very welcoming when I picked it up. However as soon as payment and papers were signed, the aftercare service was absolutely shocking. I am still trying to solve a couple of issues I had since getting the car and it's been over 5 weeks of me trying to contact them. There was a clip broken on the glovebox and I bought an EV which the wrong charger was placed inside. I live no where near a dealership and whenever I called carsa aftercare you can never get through to them. It disconnect and you have to actually go through the sales section for them then put you through to the dealership. Numerous emails have been sent with photos asked from the charger lead and update etc but I have had no reply. This has been a nightmare. As I have to charge my car, I've ended up spending £100 on a new charging lead. Not the aftercare service I expected after spending alot of money purchasing a new car from them. It's been highly disappointing.
Sale man was misleading and untrue about his statements particularly 1. Test drive fees was not refunded despite agreeing to refund it. 2. EV battery health certificate was not provided to the buyer along with the vehicles service history doc. 3. Post sale service team is very unhelpful. In short avoid Carsa altogether if you can.
Dreadful customer care , the fella i dealt with never got back to me , the car a purchased had several repairs the first 6 months and engine light came on just after warranty , the car i part exchanged i also had trouble with as i recieved a letter from the police to say the car had been in a road incident in London and asked me if i still owned it , Carsa still did not get back to me !
I recently purchased a Mini Clubman from Carsa, and I am very satisfied with my experience. The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The sales team, especially Douglas, was professional, transparent, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My car was transferred from another branch to Gloucester, where I was able to take a test drive and complete the purchase. The buying process was quick, straightforward, and stress-free. I would particularly like to thank Ray, who handled the sale, and Ali, the manager of the Gloucester branch, for their professionalism and good customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a positive, hassle-free car-buying experience.
I bought a Tesla from them on the condition they fixed the stone chips on the bonnet and fixed the missing buttons on the passenger seat which they said they would do, I also noticed there was no charging cable, which Gregg the salesman was very helpful with and went and got one for me, the next day I went to charge the car but the cable didn't work, I borrowed a neighbour's just to check if it was the cable and sure enough it was, I rang twice and was told someone would call me back (nobody did) I tried leaving it a week and then rang again, after being on hold for 20 mins I was cut off, I rang back and was on hold for 40 mins and again cut off before I could speak to someone, so I emailed the original person I requested to test drive the car with and she replied same day to say she had escalated this to the manager at the Wolverhampton branch where I purchased it from and that I would receive a call that day, call never came, I have now replied to original helpful lady to let her know that nobody has been in touch, hopefully hear something soon 🤬
