We wouldn't use Carsa again to buy a car. Despite booking a time for a test drive and then to buy the car, we had to wait over an hour both times before staff helped us. Also on both occassions the car had not been cleaned either inside or outside. This made it difficult to judge the condition of the car. When we got home we noticed a chip in the windscreen that Carsa had not told us about and we did not see earlier due to the car not being clean or dry when we viewed it. Staff also seemed disinterested in us as we were oaying cash rather than on finance. They also did not have a card machine which meant we could not put the deposit for the card on our credit card as planned (and therefore not covered by the protection this offers) and instead had to make a bank transfer - staff said this was to cut operating costs. We were also upsold some paint and interior fabric protection which was apparently applied to the car, however we saw no evidence that it had been applied internally and the external application was very poor. Overall not a good experience. We would not use Carsa again.
Car was transported in from another site and ready for viewing on the agreed date and time. Straight forward transaction with no pushy selling. Small deposit placed on vehicle to hold until we collected on Saturday. Car was ready and waiting outside when we arrived, taxed by Russell on our behalf and on our way. Reasonably priced cars with no messing about...thank you
Terrible customer service I did all the paperwork and finance online went to pick the car up and had scratches on bonnet and wheel arch no much but noticeable was first offered a touch up pen then £50 but was with drawn the sales team at Cannock and then head office could give a flip if this is how they treat people buying a car imagine what they are like when you have a problem
