Terrible customer service I did all the paperwork and finance online went to pick the car up and had scratches on bonnet and wheel arch no much but noticeable was first offered a touch up pen then £50 but was with drawn the sales team at Cannock and then head office could give a flip if this is how they treat people buying a car imagine what they are like when you have a problem
Excellent service.. reserved the car online last week and they had it delivered to my local branch.. on the day the service was excellent.. i had no problem at all and they helped me with all the additional extras I needed.. would recommend to all.. sending my uncle to buy his next car from here tomorrow..
