The car was purchased at a competitive price, that’s the good part over. The after-care support is non-existent. You cannot speak to anybody as the phone lines tell you that they’re unable to take calls and your referred to an online form where you do not get a response for over a week and I’m still waiting. I have a headlight error two days after picking up the car and can’t get any Support. If you call from a different number they then text you saying we missed your call. If you call from your original number you get nothing. This suggests to me they do not want to speak to you for after-care. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating after spending so much money on a car that a business can neglect their customers in such a way to simply speak with someone. I opted for Carsa based on their Trustpilot reviews however they seem to have drastically gone downhill, or other reviews aren’t genuine. It’s also worth noting the car was still configured to the previous owner, and I couldn’t get any support on that either, it surprised me that this wasn’t checked. It makes me feel uncertain about the car that I’ve purchased and I am looking into exercising my right to return, but if you read the small print you get absolutely hammered for any additional miles since it left the showroom. The last point I make is that I have an additional 200 miles on the clock from what was advertised I expect this was as the car was moved but it was not communicated to me and it was unfortunately something I saw after I picked up the vehicle and was driving home disappointing all around. Please save yourself and avoid.
I bought a car 8 weeks ago from Carsa, within a week it was in the garage getting £1500 of repairs. 8 weeks later, the car has broken down whilst driving on a busy main road. The car has catastrophic failure, requiring at least £5500 worth of repairs and potentially a full new engine. Been trying to contact Carsa customer care for the last 2 days however nobody is interested in contacting me back. Customer service is pathetic. Do not buy a car from here.
