Generally very helpful. However having made arrangements to come and view (including arraging childcare, insurance etc.) we were informed the day beforehand that the car was not availbale due to logiitcal issues. So we had to defer by a week. Also I requested by phone and by email that the service records be forwarded but I have heard nothing.
I strongly urge anyone considering Carsa Gloucester or dealing with Carsa nationally to proceed with extreme caution. I paid a “fully refundable” £39 deposit to test drive a vehicle. After reading deeply concerning reviews about the Gloucester branch, including serious safety and duty of care issues, I cancelled immediately and was assured my refund would be processed. Two weeks later, I am still chasing my money. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received nothing but empty assurances that my case has been marked “urgent,” with no actual action taken. I even gave a clear deadline for resolution, which they ignored completely. At this point, this is no longer just poor customer service — it is the unlawful withholding of customer funds. I am now escalating this formally and will be pursuing further action. I will also be continuing to share this experience publicly so others are aware of how this company operates. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would seriously reconsider dealing with this company.
