Excellent customer service. Thank you to Mark who sorted out all my requests such as MOT and service. We picked the car up last Tuesday and today I have got a message from Mark asking if everything is OK with the car. The car we bought is for my mum and she is enjoying driving it. I highly recommend this business.
❌❌ another deposit taken and not refunded Bank refunded the deposit and trading standards notified. I have emailed them several times after requesting my deposit back over 6 weeks ago. Put through a bank dispute because I'm evidently being ignored so they don't need to return the money. Be VERY cautious using this company. ❤️1

Do not trust this dealership. They sold us a car on finance under the promise it was all checked out and up to standard and was in great condition. Me and my fianc\xe9 have since paid over \xa34000 in repairs, ranging from a cracked radiator to unbalanced tracking and damaged turbo. Everything seemed to be fine on the drive home. But only a couple of months later things started to go wrong. Every time we fix something, it lasts for about a month and then something breaks again. I tried to talk to Murray, the manager of the branch, who just wound up being rude and shouting down the phone at me that we should of gone through the warranty for fixes. We did. They only covered just around \xa3500 of the money because we were only given a tier 2 cover. I'm now compiling evidence from repairs and receipts as well as garages to report to Trading Standards and potentially take this business to court. Take your hard earned money elsewhere everyone. Do not buy from them. Here's a list of just what we've had with this one car that's going to cost us overall with the finance payments AND repairs between \xa39000-\xa310,000 (So far!) Damaged turbo Cracked radiator Wrecked water pump Unbalanced tracking Wrong sized wheel rims Loose handbrake cable Heavily corroded control module The latest - broken vapour connector I'll be uploading photos of the receipts when I can. We know it's second hand. We never expected a car like brand new. We just wanted one that works... there was no way in high heaven or low hell that this thing was ever put through a proper check. We're basically building a new car gradually part by part here. Luckily, when it works, we love the thing. So in the long run once all problems are sorted, it'll be a great vehicle to have. But in the words of one of our mechanics, "That car was in no state to ever be sold to anyone but a scrapyard."
Had a brilliant experience getting a car with Harris he was amazing so helpful and went right out his way to help nothing was to much hassle! Always fast at getting back to me and made sure I was kept in the loop. Would highly recommend cars4you. Zeb took over the end of sale cause Harris was on holiday and he was really helpful to and made it all very easy and straightforward! Customer service from both was outstanding. Thanks so much \U0001f60a
The viewing process of the vehicle was extremely easy and the staff members on site were friendly. This is the end of the good parts. I placed a reserve on a vehicle and was told this was a refundable deposit. After notifying them I was no longer interested in the vehicle, I was told the deposit would be refunded by the Monday (I had called on a weekend so this was understandable). Since then I has been ten days and I have been told twice since then the deposit would take 3-5 working days. Each week passed, a new excuse was given. The staff member kn the phone was extremely disinterested in providing any form of help or reassurance the refund was being processed and I was just told to wait. I have now been forced to raise a dispute with my bank in an attempt to have this rectified. Extremely unhappy with the service provided, no customer service skills whatsoever. A real shame for local businesses.
