A very positive experience. Tom was professional, informed with a very pleasant sales manner. He took time to explain in answer to my questions and inspired confidence, which led me to purchase. This was without the \u2018haggle\u2019 that can sometimes accompany car sales. Straight answers were given - and nothing was too much trouble. Kate the sales manager provided good support. She too inspired confidence.
Cars 2 renault is friendly, helpful and accomodating. They take into consideration your budget and find a deal that works for you. We have had bad experiences with cars 2 Hyundai and Seat, but Renault is NOT the same company and they went above and beyond to help us. We saw Mat and he was a huge help. Overall a great experience.
After my vehicle broke down on the road I was recovered to this dealer for repair. It was the first time I had used this dealer I can honestly say I found their service to be exemplary. Reception staff were friendly and very professional in the way they dealt with me. My vehicle was checked and the fault diagnosed within a couple of hours. Parts had to be ordered to complete the repair. These arrived within 24 hours and I was back on the road within two days of the vehicle breaking down. I was kept up to date with progress throughout the repair. I have no hesitation in recommending Cars2Renault in Wakefield and am sorry I do not live near enough for them to look after my vehicle's servicing needs in the future. A big thanks from me to all the team for a job well done.
