I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and his team at Cars to go for over 15 years. They have sourced me and my family including friends on multiple occasions. I highly recommend them if you are looking for your next vehicle, even if your requirements are not a stock item. Thanks again Chris for your professionalism and patience with me.

Should have known from the start that this garage weren’t being honest with their sale! When looking around the car there were noticeable scratches to the bonnet, we were told their “in house detailer” would sort this & that they “wouldn’t ever sell a car like this” when my husband collected the car we noticed the scratches hadn’t been done, they had put it through the Polish car wash (opposite the garage) as their air fresheners were a giveaway!! We put this aside, we paid for a trusted detailer to machine polish the car ourselves. Also when collecting the car there was a split in the back tyre which “they hadn’t noticed”. This car was also sold to us with a track tyre to the rear of the car (which is not legal!). Shortly after we contact the garage as the spare key provided wasn’t working, booked the car into VW to be told that the spare key is 2 years older than the car itself so could not be re-programmed, however now they are aware it’s \xa3400 for a new key they don’t want to know! They don’t have to provide 2 keys with a car however we were sold the car with 2 KEYS!! Now ignoring texts and phone calls… I would not recommend these guys at all, they got their money & now do not give a shit! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Great service from start to finish. Any questions that we had were answered clearly and professionally. I had a slight issue with the bodywork and this was rectified under warranty and the communication was outstanding. Would not shy away to return when our family car is due an upgrade

Great company, I part exchanged my Range Rover Sport for a Defender, Finance was approved and got a better rate than my old car. Chris kindly agreed to colour code some trims for me which looked fantastic. Great experience. also supplied a daughter for my car (Fiat 500) had a xmall issue with an engine management light coming on, took it in to them and it was fixed in 24 hours at no cost, they even provided my daughter a courtesy car.

Perfect and smooth process from the team at Cars to go. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock however they went out of their way to source exactly what i wanted. it wasn’t a sloppy job of getting the first and cheapest they saw but getting me the highest quality for the money i was willing to spend. Amazing experience all round. Highly recommend.
