I have just purchased a used EV from Dan at Cars of Essex. What an absolute pleasure it was too!! Dan was very easy to deal with, answered all my questions and was polite, friendly and professional throughout. A deal was easily reached and they were able to deliver my car to me as well, which had also been prepared to a high standard. Very highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to be used them again. Only have positive things to say about these guys! I travelled down from Glasgow to purchase a stunning 330d touring in great condition for the age and mileage. Dan kindly collected me from the train station and helped answer any questions I had. He always followed up and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. The car came well prepped, MOT\u2019d, serviced and cleaned and was an absolute pleasure to drive the 400 mile trip back home. Cheers Dan!
We bought our Velar in January 2026 and have had an excellent experience buying it from Dan at Cars of Essex. We did have a issue with the car not long after buying it but not to the dealers fault at all, I'm only mentioning it because the dealership gave me excellent support with the warranty company and it made a huge difference having the support from Dan to get our car repaired at our garage of choice, expenses covered buy the warranty company RAC. When we are ready for another car we will be returning to Cars of Essex. Thanks.
