Would of never bought the car, honestly such an actual pain the bloke lies and has no actual idea what parts are for vehicles it wouldnt of gone as far as it did if he had any idea. Thankfully the financial ombudsman sided with me but theres still outstanding bills almost a year on. If the vehicle was advertised correctly i wouldve avoided. If purchasing from here, get it serviced as alll he will do is an oil change! Wish I never purchased and part exed my old car with him, which after being told he scrapped was magically sold and gave the old v5 with my details on it to the new owner!!! Who then wrote to me asking questions about the car who also had no response with rrying to contact the dealer with the known fault on the starter motor (lazy)!!! Simply not good enough and again I would avoid Seems very much like pot luck. Having bought plenty of cars over the years this is quite literally the worst experience ever. Certainly would rather buy from Birmingham than this guy.
Got a response of \u2018no record of my name\u2019 well No you wouldn\u2019t, because I didn\u2019t give you my name or purchase a car, but the customer service is enough for me to leave a bad review, therefore I don\u2019t expect for it to be removed. You can send your automatic reply if you like but the false reviews are elsewhere anyway. So no. You don\u2019t have record of my name, that doesn\u2019t mean I am not allowed to leave a review.
