I usually enjoy coming to visit here I still do but my recent experience was a bit weird because I asked very nicely if I could sit in one of the cars I said I would be very careful and delicate but they said it no because of the new no sit policy ive been they used to be fine with letting people do so it feels like they no longer cater to petrol heads that aren't there to buy a car and only serious buyers the team are lovely in there but yeah the no sit policy has put me of visiting

The epitome of customer service! We drove down from London to see a California T and were greeted by the delightful Dominic Mulvey. An incredibly kind, friendly and helpful salesman. He was welcoming from the outset and his knowledge of Ferrari, amassed over 20years, is exceptional. I would highly recommend Dominic, Mark, Claire and team at Carrs Ferrari for anyone considering their first purchase. We had a fantastic experience, which made the 4 hour journey worthwhile! Picked up my F430 this week,it's been The best experience I've ever had from A car dealership.Big thank you to Claire On reception a great friendly welcome. Dominic on Sales who took his time and Explained the history of the vehicle,Dean The sales executive who sorted the paperwork Out and even picked me up at the train station. Toby the chief mechanic who personally phoned Me to explain what works were carried out on the Vehicle. A great experience from the word Go well done to all the team!

Took my 458 Italia for servicing recently. Excellent service from Claire on reception very professional. Tobias in the service department made the whole experience very smooth and was extremely helpful.

I have been a very satisfied customer for many years going back to my first purchase from Lee in 2002. In recent years I have dealt with Mark and Tom and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole team is always great to deal with and they have really looked after me. I have probably spent far more with them than I ever thought possible but they make it so easy and tempting. I have dealt with most of the other Ferrari dealers over the years but I now exclusively buy from Carrs and always recommend them. They are the best.

From the moment you’re greeted by Claire as you walk through the door, the service at Carrs Ferrari is exceptional! Dom, Mark, Tom, Dean, Phil, and Toby all go above and beyond in their respective roles, making every interaction a pleasure. What a wonderful experience having my car serviced was. From the initial booking to leaving the showroom. Toby was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the business. He was very friendly and attentive, with nothing being a problem. The technician kept me informed and explained when a little extra work was required. I am a very satisfied customer.

Have had a soft top cable renewed and a Capristo exhaust fitted to my Ferrari 360 by Carrs in Exeter. I can honestly say that the service they provide is excellent, and I can highly recommend them. Special mentions to Claire the receptionist who is always cheerful, helpful and professional. Toby always responds quickly to any queries and is very knowledgeable and passionate about all things Ferrari. Matt the technician who fitted my exhaust has done an outstanding job, and I am absolutely overjoyed with the result. I would highly recommend Carrs for any Ferrari related works or purchases. All the staff are very friendly and approachable and always happy to help with any problems or queries. Carrs will be my first choice to undertake any further works and maintenance that I may need on my car.
