I bought my Nissan Juke from Carrera about three months ago and honestly couldn\u2019t be happier! The car was in lovely condition and a truly amazing value. They even let me choose the colour of my alloys for free before pickup! As a novice when it comes to cars, I was a bit nervous, but Ed was fantastic. He communicated amazingly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I was completely at ease. They also gave me a really reasonable price for my part exchange! Cannot fault Ed and his team at all. At no point from looking at the car, to test driving it, to paying for it and taking it away did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. The look and quality of all the cars on the forecourt was 10/10 and I am very happy with my purchase. We picked up a slight cosmetic issue on the car and Ed was quick to offer a solution that worked for us, honestly the whole team were excellent. Will definitely be recommending Carrera Cars Wales to anyone looking for their next car!
