Well what can we say ? The service we have had from Jeff at Carnegie Cars has been second to none (this is 4th car from him) and not one problem at all .Jeff has always been forthcoming in helping us with every stage of the sale advising us on everything we asked and needed to know .Carnegie cars has a good selection of cars at affordable prices .so go on give them a visit to see if a car catches your eye you won't be disappointed with the service you receive . Thanks Jeff .
Jeff has left me no option but to take him to court. He ignored my messages when issues began and since has ignored emails & recorded delivery letter. Jeff sold me a car for \xa315,862 that was not fit for purpose or roadworthy. I\u2019ve spent \xa35933 to make it legal to drive. Lovely charming man until the sale went though and issues began. Do not trust Carnagie Cars. We were advised and have also reported him to Trading Standards, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency & Financial Conduct Authority.
After having some really bad car troubles over the last few years Jeff is breath of fresh in the industry. He takes time out of his personal life to make sure things go smoothly. He was amazing throughout the whole entire process. From before Purchase and brilliant after care when a small issue with my Radio/Stereo cropped up. He's certainly friendly and is a good man in the buisness. Will highly recommend Carnegie Cars and Jeff to anyone looking for a car. His wee Dog Sam will win you over aswell. Thankyou so much Jeff.
Dealt with Jeff over a new car purchase for our family . When it came time to collect the car out circumstances had changed due to a budget increase from family influences so didn't go ahead with the sale . However I can not recommend Jeff and Carnegie cars enough . From guiding me through finance applications to providing very honest and upfront advice . Very refreshing to deal with someone genuine especially in this modern day . And even when I had to pull out the sale he couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Couldn't recommend more!
Bought a car with Jeff a year ago. I had no problems with the sale of the car, everything was in order, the car had a full service history book, everything looked fine. Jeff had the car delivered to me by a lovely gentleman. Honestly up until now I haven\u2019t had any issues. Jeff will not reply to any of my messages as I have some questions about the car\u2019s history as I\u2019m having some issues. I just wish the aftercare was a bit better.
Am on car number 3 from here (pick latest up 4/11/20 ford b max lot car for your money and excellent on diesel . Car number 4 will be from here as well in couple years Would recomend this garage. Now on car no.4 vauxhall astra estate no problems with car had this two half years now ( usually change car every 3 years or so but think keep this one another year or so as it's so good and great on diesel and still only got just over 70000 on clock be Back for number 5 Jeff good service
