Really good experience, car is great so far and the two chaps I dealt with were really friendly. The car got dropped off for me on time , very hassle free and friendly.

Dealt with Lewis at Car Joy many times, just bought my third car from them this week over the last 6 years. Family feel about the place and they want your business unlike some other dealers I’ve dealt with, very good to deal with. Always excellent service with cars delivered on time, a great stock of cars in place to choose for every budget, highly recommended!

Nicky and Lewis are a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sale tactics just great customer service. Went above and beyond to listen to what I was looking for and delivered the vehicle with more than I expected. Great value and service.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. The best customer service I have ever encountered. They are super knowledgeable, very clear in their communication, and incredibly patient. You really know that you're dealing with a family business, they take real pride in their work. Incredible selection of cars. I absolutely love mine, and they delivered it same day - nine hours away!

AVOID!!! \xa31800 to fix multiple issues within first 3 months. Warranty not worth the paper it's written on. Carjoy said it was wear and tear!! In 3 months?? They must have known about these issues before selling. Shame, they seemed genuine and not pushy when buying and I originally gave a great review. but after sale service has been shocking.

Courteous, personable and professional service. Transparent throughout the whole purchase process, and despite a late change to arrangements, they organised delivery to home over 3 hours away - no questions asked
