False adverts on line and on website. All the cars are priced lower on the website. Just been down to look at a few. Asked why the prices are cheaper on line and was told the price is on the car, asked why it\u2019s marked up online and got the same answer- correct prices are on the cars.
PLEASE READ! VERY IMPORTANT Bought a car few months ago and have had an endless list of problems. Seems as though the company like to deny selling you anything when any issues are brought up. Even with receipt they still deny any knowledge of you buying from them. The company on a whole seem very suspicious. Before buying from them I requested that they put a new MOT on the car due to it running out in a few months. The MOT was carried out and after buying the car I found that the headlights were excessively dipped to the point that they were nearly useless, the headlight bracket on one headlight was also snapped and put the headlight at risk of falling out which led to me having to replace both headlights(the adjuster screw was also broken which prevents adjustment even by a professional).4 brand new tires had to be put on and paid for out of my own money due to them being dangerously bald. A new timing chain and oil pump has had to be put on not even a few months after buying the car and I can foresee a host of other problems that aren\u2019t cheap to fix. The car should not have passed an MOT in the condition it was in. Moral of the story is this company will completely deny your existence and go as far as blocking your number and denying the car even being in their records(possible tax evasion?). They are beyond difficult and rude to deal with. Something not right about this company on a whole and terrible customer service and experience overall. Remember they will deny dealing with me as a response to this review as they have done to many other people in other reviews.
