My experience at Carbase Weston Super Mare was memorable because they were very organised and approachable. I had an issue with another branch where they had lost a key for a car i initially wanted to test drive and it still wasn't resolved 6 weeks later. Everyone I dealt with regardless of branch was very approachable and knowledgeable however the branch I used in the end did seem to have better organisation, I don't doubt if the issue hadn't come up with the key that they would've also been the same, was just an unfortunate circumstance which should've had processes in place to be avoided. However it did mean I ended up with a different model which I did actually prefer, silver lining!
I'd definitely recommend Carbase Weston Super Mare to friends and family because it’s by Far one of the best dealers here In the UK. The team is well organised and they make your transaction as smooth as possible.
