I would not recommend Carbase Lympsham because I have had a poor experience. I purchased a paint and interior protection at the time of sale. However I strongly believe this has not been applied, the paint work was a poor standard when I picked up the car, not even the tyres were dressed. Within days of pickup I could see a decline in the shine/quality of the paintwork. Furthermore the interiors protection can not be applied to leather seats! After contacting Will I was told the formula had change and it was ok to use it. However I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed that this is not the case. So not only have I been miss sold a product but I have been lied to by Will.
I was happy with the service at Carbase Lympsham because everyone super friendly, really helpful and nice atmosphere. Everyone said hello and smiled when in the offices. Nathan was great throughout and made the process simple and went out of his way to ensure I was able to collect the car on the only day I could get it! Danny also really good and everyone else there just didn’t catch their names, the nicest garage I’ve been to!
My experience at Carbase Lympsham was cracking because the wholw experience was made easy by Ray who was extremely professional and helped me find the right vehicle to fit my criteria. I had been struggling to find the right vehicle that I had confidence in purchasing and had looked at so many, it was overwhelming! But Ray found the right car for me and made the decision easy. I am very happy with the service and my purchase and will be coming back soon with my daughter to find her first car. Massive thanks to Ray and the team at Carbase for making the whole experience painless.
I was pleased with Carbase Lympsham and would recommend them because they were very communicative before and during the sale, and explained each step of the process clearly. They transferred the car from the Bristol branch for the test drive, which was very appreciated. Overall, a very attentive, friendly and positive experience!
