The forecourt at Lympsham provides an array of different vehicles at different pricepoints, which was fantastic for us to browse and discuss our needs for our new vehicle. Ray Cox at Carbase Lympsham is a really friendly, approachable and non-pushy salesman who was recommended to us by my father and brother, so we especially sought him out for the purchase of our Audi A7. He made us feel comfortable and welcome every time we were at the showroom, nothing was too much trouble and he explained the relevant information in a clear and concise way without overcomplicating and pressurising us into cover/warranties that we didn't want during the purchase. We are absolutely thrilled with our new car and the whole purchasing process has been a stressless one because of him. Thank you Ray for all your help!
My experience at Carbase Lympsham was positive ,very helpful staff overall a good experience have used them before ,maybe have a better system in place to actually find the car on the forecourt ,give the car a number on the top that is also on the keys which would make it easier to find by the customer and the staff
I had a generally OK experience at Carbase Lympsham. I was after a very specific car and they had the car I wanted in stock. The Sales Exec was helpful, but I am not happy with the way I effectively signed documents that I hadn't seen for the additional insurances and extended warranty. I was probably wrong not to demand to see the documents but then again they had a duty to supply them for me to read. I received a six digit code by text from 'Compliance' and was asked to provide this, and by doing so I effectively signed the document. The document states that I was not present in the showroom, which is untrue, and I suspect this is why they could use the digital signing by a text code. The RAC Extended Warranty document clearly states 'For your own benefit and protection you should read the Terms and conditions carefully before signing this Declaration.' I was not given the document to read and sign.
