I would recommend Carbase Bristol to friends and family because they offer a wide range of vehicles all in one place which can be inspected by customer quietly. Once decided on a vehicle then a friendly team member guides you through the purchase options allowing you to carefully consider and choose which option to take Excellent all round
Took way too long to pay for the car. Appointment was at 12 with the clear intention to test drive, pay and leave. We were there 3 hours. Passed between business managers and other staff members. For what should have been a simple transaction was made way too complex. Constantly bombarded with warranty deals to take. Which we stated we didn't want MULTIPLE times. Sales person drove our car to the front after we bought it and new car ended up smelling of cigarettes. McDonalds wrappers in the backseat when we test drove. Wouldn't recommend CarBase unless youre happy with all the above.
