Heith was really supportive and helpful throughout the process. He was very accommodating and patient with us. I was able to purchase my dream car at a reasonable price. The car was handed over in an immaculate state, looks brand new and very smooth. Highly recommend Heith and this dealership in Bristol.
It is what you expect, there are good points and there are some difficult parts. The car isn’t cleaned in advance and the service light was on and couldn’t be reset. A lot of reminders making sure that the customer doesn’t forget anything but perhaps they should also put more effort into their side?
My experience at Carbase Bristol was good. Abdi was friendly and helpful, given that I sold in my old car in the deal. I found that overall that the sales manager ( a different person ) pushed a bit regarding financing options and additional warranties, and the sales manager himself was not fully clear and transparent regarding the warranty options (he added an additional warranty without me asking for it - although I had decided beforehand to get it anyways, so I didn't make a fuss). If they insisted less on additional stuff or financing options, my review would be 10/10.
Carbase Bristol were great because it was extremely busy when we walked in but straight away Archie was seeing to us. He was very friendly, professional and couldn’t have helped us more. I can imagine we weren’t the easiest customers he’s had to deal with but he was great. Dan also was very helpful talking us through the finance option.
The experience at Carbase Bristol was fantastic. The facility had a wide range of cars for a range of different price points. The show room was massive with plenty of staff all working together to welcome and serve customers. Jaydon in particular was great. He explained everything in a clear way and taylored his approach to us, he asked us background questions to get a feel for who we were to ensure we got the best service and best car.
