I'd suggest Carbase Bristol to a friend because they were very professional from start to finish. I felt totally confident with my part exchange and purchase. There is a massive selection of vehicles which are all competitively priced and the whole procedure was fully explained throughout in a friendly but informative manner.
My experience with Carbase Bristol was fantastic. I didnāt feel pressured at any time, which would have been very off putting for such a big purchase. When looking at the vehicle, I was given the keys and left to inspect in my own time without a sales person hovering. Once I came in to speak to Ifzal, he went through everything clearly, explaining things I wasnāt sure about and regularly checked whether I had any questions. At no time did I feel rushed or under pressure to make any of the decisions connected to the purchase, let alone buy the car I had test driven. The whole end to end process was very relaxed. I would definitely come back to Carbase in the future
