This is the second car we've bought from this dealership in just a couple of years. The first car was a Lexus IS 250 for my wife, and she was extremely happy with it. The service was excellent, with no hidden surprises and all our questions answered. Because of that great experience, I decided to return and buy a car for myself. This time, I purchased a Toyota Prius as our second family car. I'm very pleased that we chose to come back to this dealership, as I now have a car in excellent condition as well. We could tell many positive stories about the service here, but one thing really stood out. After purchasing the car, I had a minor issue with the rear brake pads and had to return for a repair. The gentleman who looked after me, Usman, was incredibly helpful. When I told him that I probably wouldn't see him again for a couple of years unless I needed another car, I could genuinely see that he was sad to see me go. In many businesses, people seem happy once the sale is completed and you walk out the door. That is definitely not the case at this dealership. The staff are friendly and welcoming whether you're buying a car or returning with a problem. Any issues are dealt with professionally and to your satisfaction.
