Bought my Mk5 Mondeo (65 plate) in January 2026 from Car House 2000. From first contact Keith was extremely helpful and said the car was available and could be viewed anytime, as it was raining and I didn't want to view a wet car Keith said straight away that the car would be dried off and in the workshop to view. A little while later Keith contacted me to say the car was ready to view and I could come round straight away, I live locally. I found Keith very friendly and helpful and was allowed as long as I wanted to view and test drive the car. The car was very well presented and I took to it straight away, I was shown all available paperwork/documents and decided to buy it. It took a few days to be serviced, MOT, cam belt and water pump changed. Keith gave me a reasonable part exchange and handled all documentation for change of ownership. A small problem occurred very shortly after purchase but this was sorted very quickly and foc. It's not perfect but it's a 10+year old car with defects to be expected of a car of that age. My dealings with Keith and Car House 2000 were very pleasant, helpful and honest, I can certainly recommend them.
We traveled from South yorkshire to view a crv it was priced very fairly and was described to the letter. Keith allowed us to drive the car alone which was very trusting, the drive was excellent we had no hesitation Keith was straight forward to deal with and made the process very easy. The car is outstanding and well worth the time and effort to travel thanks to Keith.
I recently bought Audi A3 S line as my previous one was written off due to an accident. From start till the end, Keith was very helpful and friendly, many years in business, he has definitely some great knowledge and can offer useful tips too. The process of buying the car was simple and straight forward. I travelled from Wales to Keith's garage and it was worth every mile. First I went there with my son who loves cars and could advise me. Keith made us nice cups of tea. I loved the car and how it felt when I went on the test drive. I paid the deposit and a week after I came back to pay the remaining balance and collected the car with my partner. It's awesome. I'm very pleased. I would highly recommend that garage. I travelled all the way from Wales to visit his garage, and it was worth every mile. I first went with my son, who loves cars, and Keith even made us both a lovely cup of tea. The test drive was great — I instantly loved how the car felt. I paid the deposit that day, and a week later returned with my partner to collect the car and settle the remaining balance. I’m absolutely delighted with my new Audi. The whole process was simple, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. I would highly recommend Keith and his garage to anyone looking for a quality car and excellent service.
I was searching on the internet for a replacement car when i came across one being advertised by this garage. From initially contacting the garage, the overall service, professionalism, and genuine care from these guys is second to none. The car is superb and if I have any problems, nothing is too much trouble for them to help with. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for their first or subsequent vehicles.

I part exchanged a Peugeot 3008, FG12 ZCO on the basis the vehicle was at scrap value and they know someone they can move it on to as scrap (\xa3500) They listed it as a car that "drives smoothly" has "no problems" and "full service history" on their website, they have since sold it on, with the logbook updated on the 7th October 2025, after listing it for \xa33495 on their website. I still haven't even had so much as a phone call out of respect to let me know that they've decided to not scrap the car however the value was still diminished due to the work done on it, I spent a lot of money keeping that car running and it turned into a money pit, with a potential injector problem, oil leak, 3 new tyres required and a developing noise on the front left suspension. If they've managed to fix all that, Kudos and perhaps they have sunk a fair bit of money into the vehicle in order to sell it on rather than scrap it, however if you bought FG12 ZCO from this garage, and have problems within the next year or so that relate to an oil leak, injectors, the suspension or the gearbox, then you need to report them as they knew all of this. It's a shame because, the business seems legit and positive, the people I met were all lovely and understood the problems I had with the car and a 5 minute call to someone to say "look, we had another look at the car, we've had to do XYZ to fix it up, we are going to sell it on even though we told you it was scrap value, this is just a courtesy call". I would have asked for more on the trade in value, had I knew this car was going to sell for nearly \xa33,000 more than I traded it in for.
I bought my car from this garage about 4 years ago, and it’s still running perfectly! The whole process was smooth and professional, and the team was honest and helpful throughout. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as described. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable used car and great customer service.
