We traveled from South yorkshire to view a crv it was priced very fairly and was described to the letter. Keith allowed us to drive the car alone which was very trusting, the drive was excellent we had no hesitation Keith was straight forward to deal with and made the process very easy. The car is outstanding and well worth the time and effort to travel thanks to Keith.

I was searching on the internet for a replacement car when i came across one being advertised by this garage. From initially contacting the garage, the overall service, professionalism, and genuine care from these guys is second to none. The car is superb and if I have any problems, nothing is too much trouble for them to help with. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for their first or subsequent vehicles.

I recently bought Audi A3 S line as my previous one was written off due to an accident. From start till the end, Keith was very helpful and friendly, many years in business, he has definitely some great knowledge and can offer useful tips too. The process of buying the car was simple and straight forward. I travelled from Wales to Keith's garage and it was worth every mile. First I went there with my son who loves cars and could advise me. Keith made us nice cups of tea. I loved the car and how it felt when I went on the test drive. I paid the deposit and a week after I came back to pay the remaining balance and collected the car with my partner. It's awesome. I'm very pleased. I would highly recommend that garage. I travelled all the way from Wales to visit his garage, and it was worth every mile. I first went with my son, who loves cars, and Keith even made us both a lovely cup of tea. The test drive was great โ I instantly loved how the car felt. I paid the deposit that day, and a week later returned with my partner to collect the car and settle the remaining balance. Iโm absolutely delighted with my new Audi. The whole process was simple, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. I would highly recommend Keith and his garage to anyone looking for a quality car and excellent service.

I bought my car from this garage about 4 years ago, and itโs still running perfectly! The whole process was smooth and professional, and the team was honest and helpful throughout. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as described. I highly recommend this place if youโre looking for a reliable used car and great customer service.

I part exchanged a Peugeot 3008, FG12 ZCO on the basis the vehicle was at scrap value and they know someone they can move it on to as scrap (\xa3500) They listed it as a car that "drives smoothly" has "no problems" and "full service history" on their website, they have since sold it on, with the logbook updated on the 7th October 2025, after listing it for \xa33495 on their website. I still haven't even had so much as a phone call out of respect to let me know that they've decided to not scrap the car however the value was still diminished due to the work done on it, I spent a lot of money keeping that car running and it turned into a money pit, with a potential injector problem, oil leak, 3 new tyres required and a developing noise on the front left suspension. If they've managed to fix all that, Kudos and perhaps they have sunk a fair bit of money into the vehicle in order to sell it on rather than scrap it, however if you bought FG12 ZCO from this garage, and have problems within the next year or so that relate to an oil leak, injectors, the suspension or the gearbox, then you need to report them as they knew all of this. It's a shame because, the business seems legit and positive, the people I met were all lovely and understood the problems I had with the car and a 5 minute call to someone to say "look, we had another look at the car, we've had to do XYZ to fix it up, we are going to sell it on even though we told you it was scrap value, this is just a courtesy call". I would have asked for more on the trade in value, had I knew this car was going to sell for nearly \xa33,000 more than I traded it in for.

Initially, 5 star service, really nice up front owners who clearly cared about my situation, or so I thought. I was Na\xefve when I first bought a second hand car, and clearly still am, that car has been nothing but bad luck to me and cost me a small fortune. In 2024, I bought a 2012 used Peugeot 3008 from an AA approved garage in Halesowen, that needed a lot of work done to it, in the 18 months I had it, including a turbo, starter alternator, clutch, water pump and belt kit, etc. Recently, the car's engine was sluggish, cold start ups were rough for a good 30 seconds it felt like the engine was going to pop open the bonnet and wave at me if I started to reverse off the drive. I thought it was time to move back to petrol and away from Peugeots, I was tired of the money pit and found a fantastic Ford with Car 2000 LTD, great history but a nice local garage with long term business history, and they listened to me. I didn't negotiate a trade in value because we agreed \xa3500, due to the issue with the injectors, and the fact it needs 3 new tyres, but also it seemed to have been developing an intermittent noise under the left front axle. I'm really hoping I get a call from Craig or Keith, so I can update my review as the garage seemed really Genuine and I just feel used now. They are selling a car, with 3 tyres that are on deaths door, that they paid \xa3500 for on trade in, for \xa33495 that potentially still has injector problems and something with the front left axle. I really don't want someone to be in the same situation I was, with a car that just constantly needed repairing. It also says "FULL HISTORY", which confuses me, because when I bought the car it had multiple missed service stamps from the previous 6 owners, so I'm intrigued as to where that history has come from. It could be that the team at Car 2000 have found the fault with the Peugeot was far less than expected and been able to repair it, meaning the car is still more than practical to still use, fantastic, but, I specifically didn't negotiate the scrap trade in value, because 1) I checked scrap dealers online, who were offering 250-300 for it, and 2) it was being traded in for scrap, I had nothing to really negotiate with, so to see it being sold is interesting and, well, sad really given how much I'd spent keeping that money pit running. Had I known there still was value in the car, I would have asked for more, or gone elsewhere, really disappointed, but hopeful that I've got the wrong end of the stick as I'm desperately hoping I can find a long term car dealer I can trust.

A great team at Car House 2000. I'm very happy with the car I've purchased and although it's a long drive to the dealer I'd definitely consider buying from them again. Top Marks.
