Jack made the process straightforward and welcoming, both over the phone and in person. He seemed to really understand that we'd made quite an effort to visit, which put me and my partner at ease. The test drive was useful for getting a proper feel for the car, and we had some nice hot chocolates while we went through everything. It felt professional yet relaxed, which made things much easier than I expected. Left feeling really happy with how it all worked out.
