First time I came a bit late, but George still waited for us after seeing our vehicle, even though he didn\u2019t really have the time. That already showed great customer service. He is really friendly and patient\u2014he explained everything clearly and offered us a very good deal. He even sent one of his colleagues with us for the test drive, who also explained everything perfectly. Today we came back and bought the car. I\u2019ve visited nearly 20 dealers, and honestly most of them were quite dodgy\u2014but Chariot was completely different. The service here is very good and professional. They\u2019ve promised to do a full service and MOT, and to deliver the car in like-new condition. Really happy with the experience\u2014thank you!

They sold me a car that had some many issues. It broke down on the drive home. They sent me to various different garages, to get it 'fixed', who just kept giving me the run around and wasting my time. They refused to take it back and refund me and got quiet aggressive when I persisted. Turns out it had a serious problem with the engie but someone had turned off the alert on the computer. I was down quiet a bit by time I had the car repaired at my own expense and it was one of the most stressful things I've had to do.
