I have nothing but glowing comments to say. From start to finish this garage have been efficient and their customer service has been spot on. Kept me informed at every stage and sent me reports on my car. The level of labour that my car required aswell as the specialists works completed i cannot recommend them enough. As soon as i sat in my car i knew it was all ok. The state they recieved my car i cannot thank them enough. Explaining every part that was required, keeping me up to date with costs and never forced me to agree to something that wasnt required. They were also very patient with me and even communicating with my grandad when they didnt need to over the phone to keep him up to date. Professional and just lovely people. Will definitely be using them moving forward.

Oh dear, after writing this \u2018good\u2019 review, I\u2019m having to edit it because I\u2019ve got an issue that no one at this place will address. I have asked for the service history of my vehicle on numerous occasions, three emails and two phone calls to the reception and still no one will get back to me. I feel like you are hiding something from us about the history of this vehicle! Why else would you not come back to me? If I want to sell it, the first three years of service history are missing. Doesn\u2019t look very good!! Really disappointed. We,ve just purchased a Ford Connect van from here & must say, it was the easiest, most pleasurable car purchase we have ever had. From beginning to end, the receptionist was friendly & welcoming, the sales man wasn\u2019t like a \u2018salesperson\u2019, no pressure, no sales blurb only truthful honest information . It was an absolute pleasure doing business here & we love the vehicle too .
