Can\u2019t recommend. Sales team are very good love my new Subaru it\u2019s fantastic, unfortunately my mum got a car over a year ago and while still under warranty the clutch peddle got stuck down , she was charged for a tow and was told that the floor mat was blocking the peddle, she was obviously very embarrassed by this, recently now that the car is out of warranty the peddle has started sticking again and had totally jammed it was towed to a different garage and now needs work done on the gear box. The garage the cars at now said that it\u2019s impossible for the floor mat to get in the way of the clutch to cause this and has identified that this is a long term problem. Obviously knowing the car was near the end of the warranty she got lied to now has to get expensive work done on the gear box. Very disappointing from a company I thought was genuine. As much as I love my car and my service has been good. I can\u2019t recommend this company to anyone, wish as a local dealer we could have more trust.
Just to say had a lovely experience with the help of two great sales persons both Sean and Calum made the whole process of trading in and buying a car so simple and can honestly say and I know it\u2019s a cliche but it was a pleasure to do business with you and our Suzuki Vitara now sits proudly outside our house
From start to finish the customer service was excellent by the whole team. Callum made us so welcome when we entered the showroom, we were instantly at ease and under no pressure to buy. I had a test drive of a Swift, and after a personable discussion I decided to go ahead with the fantastic deal & purchase. When we picked up the car, Callum had kindly offered to provide a very patient & thorough handover on his day off, now this is an example of excellent customer care! Thoroughly recommend this family run garage.
I had a very disappointing experience with this car dealership following a very minor collision involving a Suzuki vehicle. The impact was extremely light and caused no visible damage at the scene. However, when the vehicle owner contacted the dealership for an assessment, the situation was handled in a highly unprofessional manner. The dealership owner was clearly biased towards his customer and attempted to attribute unrelated and pre-existing damages to this incident in order to inflate the repair costs. What made the experience worse was his attitude towards me. He was rude, arrogant, and dismissive, which is completely unacceptable and far below the professional standards expected from a Scottish business. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honesty, transparency, and fair treatment.
Excellent service from looking at cars, test driving them and selecting the one to buy. Callum is a very personable salesman who did not put any pressure on me to buy a car. He was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and made buying my new Suzuki Swift very easy. I am delighted with my car.
We have been using these guys for ages great friendly staff . And the suzuki swift that we buy on a regular basis is a brilliant little car would recommend them.
