Good service Just had a light bulb change but got free coffee seated on plush relaxing area. Treated like royalty and car done while you wait. Sometimes they are able to fit you in for a simple job on the day.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car dealership following a very minor collision involving a Suzuki vehicle. The impact was extremely light and caused no visible damage at the scene. However, when the vehicle owner contacted the dealership for an assessment, the situation was handled in a highly unprofessional manner. The dealership owner was clearly biased towards his customer and attempted to attribute unrelated and pre-existing damages to this incident in order to inflate the repair costs. What made the experience worse was his attitude towards me. He was rude, arrogant, and dismissive, which is completely unacceptable and far below the professional standards expected from a Scottish business. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honesty, transparency, and fair treatment.

Excellent service from looking at cars, test driving them and selecting the one to buy. Callum is a very personable salesman who did not put any pressure on me to buy a car. He was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and made buying my new Suzuki Swift very easy. I am delighted with my car.

We have been using these guys for ages great friendly staff . And the suzuki swift that we buy on a regular basis is a brilliant little car would recommend them. Great dealership with wonderful customer service and friendly staff. Bought a second hand vehicle. Had a wee issue with it and they sorted it out under warranty with no issues at all. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Callum and the team, really made the whole buying experience a pleasure and went above and beyond to make sure the car I had been after for a long time was in top order for the long journey back down south! Nice collection of classic cars on display too. Would thoroughly recommend to anybody, Thanks again.

the most welcoming dealership ever, the staff are so incredibly lovely. I went to this dealership after being turned away from one near by for being too young, Alan came and spoke to me about the swift & immediately made me feel a lot better than the previous garage had left me feeling about getting a new car. went on a test drive & loved the car, came a few times too look at different used cars and never got the impression i was bothering anyone, the staff were all more than happy to help & answer questions, ended up getting a suzuki swift from them and im absolutely obsessed with the car, the most perfect car for myself & needs. The staff being so incredible definatly helped me narrow down my choices, as an anxious person the way the whole process of test driving to financing was done made me feel confident and safe with my choice. highly reccomend to anyone looking for a new car in the aberdeen area!!
