The staff at BYD Chester were good because they are very knowledgeable in the BYD product. They are not 'pushy' with sales speak & focus on facts. The facts sell the product. Matt is an excellent member of staff, any question was answered & he was very helpful in assisting with advice re chargers etc. An overall great experience when buying our car. Thank you Matt.
We recently visited BYD Chester and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Daniel Cakir. From start to finish, the service he provided was excellent. Daniel was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the vehicles, answering all of our questions without any hint of pressure. He really went above and beyond to make us feel at ease throughout the entire process. If you're visiting BYD Chester, we highly recommend asking for Daniel—he made the whole experience fantastic!
The experience at BYD Chester was fantastic because the sales representative Samantha Ricketts was brilliant throughout. Incredibly helpful, everything was explained fully and she has even offered to help me post sales if I have any questions or if I need another demonstration on the car.
