The experience at BYD Chester was fantastic because the sales representative Samantha Ricketts was brilliant throughout. Incredibly helpful, everything was explained fully and she has even offered to help me post sales if I have any questions or if I need another demonstration on the car.
BYD Chester were great because Jacob was fantastic right from the first time we we went to have look at the showroom. There was no pushing, all questions were answered, he was extremely kind in that I take a while to decide on these things. So a massive thanks to him. The showroom overall is extremely welcoming, all staff were very friendly. If you are the kind of person who likes to really consider options and research before buying, I strongly recommend visiting the shop.
BYD Chester were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Dan looked after me throughout the whole process. He kept me up to date with progress, and was a pleasure to deal with. Amazing service from start to finish, plus the car (Dolphin) is absolutely tremendous! Thanks :)
I'd recommend BYD Chester to a friend because they were really helpful and explained about the EV cars as this was new to us and helped us to make our mind up to choose an EV BYD car. We weren't even considering an electric car but Samantha was really helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We have had the car a few days now and we absolutely love it, really pleased.
BYD Chester staff were good because our original enquiry was handled by Jacob and he was very friendly and went into great detail about the car and it's features. Samantha handled our subsequent enquiries and handled the purchase. She was so helpful and once again talked to us in detail about the vehicle and explained the various finance options. She managed our expectations at all times. She was friendly and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble - very impressive!
