I'd endorse BYD Chester because it was a really simple process from start to finish but they weren’t pushy for any sales at all, it was all on us if we wanted the car or not. Even the kids were entertained which was a massive help, so we could sit and go through everything properly. Thanks for you help, love the car.
My experience at BYD Chester was above what I have received from dealerships in the past. In fact the choice of vehicles was between BYD and Tesla. The experience at Tesla was way below standard. The BYD was and is our preferred vehicle, however had we liked the vehicles equally the politeness and whole attitude of BYD Chester would have sealed the deal.
