We purchased a vehicle in May 2025 for use as a second car. Approximately three to four months after the purchase, we encountered an unexpected issue with the power steering system. Upon contacting the garage, Nath provided truly exceptional service. He handled our concerns with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. Nath promptly arranged for the necessary repairs. Initially, we were expecting to cover the cost of the replacement part, with the labor fee being covered. The vehicle was with the garage for just over a week, as we were not in urgent need of its immediate return. Upon collection, we were genuinely surprised and grateful that Nath had decided to complete the entire repair free of charge. We highly recommend this garage for their professional standards, reliability, and generous customer care. Thank you once again for your remarkable generosity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Cannot fault them, incredibly accomodating, polite and professional. Very happy with my new Peugot. I found them to be very open and honest, and prices were appropriate for the mileage and age of the car. There were no pushy sales tactics, and the advisories raised on the MOT were fixed without prompting. They took pride in making sure the car was the right fit for me, and Nathan ensured what can be a stressful transition was smooth and easy.

Can't fault these guys at all, bought a Kia Cee'd from them and it's an absolute gem, the whole process was quick and efficient and it only took a couple of days for them to do the checks and service. Would recommend and would look at these guys again next time I buy a car!!

I recently bought a car from Buckley Trade Centre, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Not impressed with the car, had a few issues and missing parts to the car. Not very good quality considering we paid over the odds for a supposedly a cheap run about. Would not buy again
