Although I didn’t buy the car I went to view, I must say that talking to Simon was honest,reassuring, no hard sell, very knowledgeable, and indeed guided me, as to what models I could expect to buy and avoid. I picked my car up today and Sarah and Simon where amazing and very helpful from the first time that I contacted them and until I picked the car up. What a pleasure it was to purchase my new used car from Brundall Auto Ltd….Simon was superb…honest transparent and not in slightest bit pushy once we had agreed on the deal I had daily updates while the car was prepared for me and nothing was to much trouble….there was one issue that needed sorting but the relevant part was on order but wouldn’t arrive in time for my collection date….Simon phoned me when the part was in…arranged to pick up my car from my home to get it fitted and returned it within hours at the least inconvenience to me…I’m super pleased with my new car and the whole experience was both top notch from start to finish! I highly recommend Brundall Autos Ltd to anyone looking to buy a used car from a lovely local family business. Thank you Simon and Sarah…First class!
