I love the experience of buying my first car in the UK. Even though they were closed on Easter Sunday, Zak was very nice to let us book an appointment and test drive the car. He answered all of our questions. We addressed our concerns about the car and Zak was able to offer solutions.
I bought my first car from here at the end of August, I was told I had to wait for the car to be properly registered before I could take it home with me. After a couple of weeks the car was ready for me to pick up, Zak made sure that the car was clean and polished and in the best condition for me to take home. I felt as though they explained everything in regard to the car clearly to me and made me feel confident in buying the car. I can happily say that over 6 months later I have had no issues with the car, it is comfortable, so far reliable and I’m very happy with it as well as the service I received here.
Had a great experience with Bros Motors. Bought a car today! I saw online a car that I was really interested in on the Bros Motors website. I then called to reserve it until I could come and check it out. The man was really helpful and explained the reserving and also the part-exchange process clearly. I came to view the car today and was really impressed with the condition. Bros Motors had sorted the MOT and cleaned the vehicle. The man that I dealt with today was absolutely brilliant! I viewed and tested the car for a long while, and we talked at length about the car, the purchasing process (e.g. the warranty), and answered all of my questions. I was glad to have a bit of time to really think about it whilst he spoke with another customer, then promptly started the paperwork. He was so helpful and welcoming and knowledgable. It was a great experience. I'm really happy to have upgraded my car today to something newer and bigger, with ease. Thanks so much guys!!
Would not recommend buying a vehicle from this car yard unless you want to spend 1000s of pounds of your own money repairing the vehicle just after the warranty runs out. I purchased a car for 6400 pounds only to find it had Multple Small issues and then a worn transmission that blew up 1 month after 3 month warranty ended.. After weeks of back and forth talking with these guys and being messed around I finally got 500 pounds out of them for a 2000 pound + repair because they wanted to avoid going To court. They are arrogant and sneaky and will try every move in the book to get money out of you And not help you even when pretending to be genuine. Avoid these guys at all costs 0/10
Bought a car from here recently and had nothing but problems with it and spent over \xa31000, as they have refused to take any responsibility. They gave me a full service and MOT but mechanics have since said these must have been dodgy as too many faults have happened since. Not only a financial strain but I have a son who’s life they have put at risk, giving me a car that is a danger on the road. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Left here a bit disappointed, as I had called in advance about a car and said I’d be taking a train up from Southampton, with the intention to purchase. Upon arrival, the person I spoke to wasn’t there and the chap was there was t able to give me all the information. The car wasn’t exactly as described but they were open to negotiation. However, I was intending on driving the car back but it wasn’t in a condition ready to go, so didn’t complete the purchase. Other reviews suggested that this place was a trusted and good quality spot to buy a car but didn’t quite meet my expectations.
