Was interested in a car for sale here and asked a lot of questions about it and asked for more photos and a video of the bodywork condition before I travelled a long way to view and buy. Questions were answered and more photos sent to me, however a video wasn\u2019t sent but I was told that the proprietor thought it was a very good example for an almost 19 year car. I decided to travel to buy. What a disappointment! The car was no where near a very good example! Far from it and had poor paint work that had clearly been repainted badly at some point and was peeling in various places. I was extremely annoyed that I had been led down the garden path and when I remonstrated politely with the one person present I was told \u201cwhat do you expect? It\u2019s a 19 year old car and only \xa34000! Plus it\u2019s a Saab!(whatever that meant?) I showed him the peeling paint in the boot and bonnet shuts I was unhappy with to be told \u201cthose parts don\u2019t even get fully painted in the factory\u201d What a load of rubbish! Also I was told have a look at another car on the pitch which was a lot more money and you\u2019ll see that! I felt as if I was just being patronised and fobbed off and had to walk away I was so angry! A totally annoying waste of time travelling there on public transport at no small expense. \U0001f621 My advice If you\u2019re travelling to any where to view a car get a close up video of it before you travel and don\u2019t go to this dealer.
Great experience. I bought a car a couple of months ago at a reasonable price, and the team were very helpful throughout the process. They happily fixed a small fault with one of the lights that I noticed after purchase, free of charge and with no hassle. Overall, I felt they genuinely wanted to provide good service and ensure their customers were happy.

Outstanding! I bought a 2013 Vauxhall Zafira from Brooklands, and can\u2019t praise them enough. We asked to look at a couple of cars and he just gave us the keys and allowed us to look around them privately, if we needed anything he was available to answer questions but did not hover around us putting pressure on us to buy the cars. We then handed the keys back and went elsewhere to look at other cars. Again no pressure was applied. We decided to go back for the car and had a test drive and purchased the car. When we had the car a week a couple of issues had arisen and when I phoned Brooklands to tell them they did not even question it they got the car booked in at a local garage and the issues were sorted out immediately! The whole experience has been an absolute pleasure and has restored my faith in the second hand car industry! Nice to see there are some honest traders left in the world! If you need to purchase a new car I honestly can\u2019t recommend these guys enough.
