Great experience. I bought a car a couple of months ago at a reasonable price, and the team were very helpful throughout the process. They happily fixed a small fault with one of the lights that I noticed after purchase, free of charge and with no hassle. Overall, I felt they genuinely wanted to provide good service and ensure their customers were happy.

Outstanding! I bought a 2013 Vauxhall Zafira from Brooklands, and can’t praise them enough. We asked to look at a couple of cars and he just gave us the keys and allowed us to look around them privately, if we needed anything he was available to answer questions but did not hover around us putting pressure on us to buy the cars. We then handed the keys back and went elsewhere to look at other cars. Again no pressure was applied. We decided to go back for the car and had a test drive and purchased the car. When we had the car a week a couple of issues had arisen and when I phoned Brooklands to tell them they did not even question it they got the car booked in at a local garage and the issues were sorted out immediately! The whole experience has been an absolute pleasure and has restored my faith in the second hand car industry! Nice to see there are some honest traders left in the world! If you need to purchase a new car I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough.

Went to look at Ford Fiesta as a 1st time car. There is a nice selection of second hand cars here at good prices. Was able to look around with no pushy sales pressure. Cars were clean inside and out. Great customer service, Aaron was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

Pleasant and friendly staff. No pressure to purchase. Left to wander around. Lots of cars at reasonable prices. Car clean inside and out. Helped us out of a hole as able to take car same day, as had to scrap old car. Thank you
