I honestly cannot recommend Darren and the team at Bridgend Van Centre highly enough. From my very first phone call right through to collection, the service I received was absolutely second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble, communication was spot on throughout, and the whole process felt refreshingly straightforward and honest. After a nine-month hunt for the right van, I can confidently say it was worth every bit of the wait. The van itself is an absolute dream to drive and is faultless in looks, condition, and mechanics — exactly as described and presented with real pride. A huge thank you to Darren and the team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. You’ve brought a long search to a spectacular close with a truly beautiful van, and I couldn’t be happier.

Called in on the off chance looking for some help for an emergency with my van. A gentleman believed to be the owner went out of his way and was really helpful in putting the issue right within a short time. Really impressed with professionalism and customer care at this location. Will definitely look at BVC for my next purchase.

Absolutely amazing service today had an issue with my motorhome wipers not working. Dropped it in at 8oclock was told would phone once problem identified had a call about 9 saying fault found and rectified. Asked about payment and was told there was no charge as it only took them a short while to sort the problem. Absolute amazing service as some garages would have at least charged an hrs labour. I purchased a great example from Bridgend van centre. The van had one small issue which they sorted immediately without any hesitation, they provided me with a hire for the duration of the repair.
