I have had the pleasure of buying a number of cars off Brent Lenon Cars over the years and always had a great experience. My latest purchase was no exception, there was a small mechanical issue which was dealt with straight away at no cost to myself which was appreciated. I will definitely be back when it’s time to change. Keep up the good work.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I brought a car in April this year the dealer seemed very nice and genuine and happy to take my money Within 3 days the issues with the car started I have returned my car to the dealer 5 times in 6 weeks and each time was sent to his preferred garage . Within the 28 day of owning the car I tried requesting my money back as I was not satisfied the car is fit for purpose but he was on holiday as soon as he returned I went and requested my money back he point blank informed me it wasn't happening he doesn't answer my calls or return them On collecting my car that was at his preferred garage for 2 weeks he was actually there and was questioned regarding the issues with my car and also verbally asked again for a refund which he again said thats not going to happen . he didn't have any answers as he knew what was being said to him was right he then got abusive swearing infront of a young child and getting into others personal spaces ( THESE PEOPLE WERE WOMEN ) He lies about the work he has done to the car before you recieve it Told me I had a full service when ive been told by preferred garage it was just a oil change Doesn't supply paper work of work that's meant to have been done Horrible dealer , Replying back to Mr Brent lennon Can I add my vehicle has been returned several time as its unfit for purpose I have owned the car 8 weeks and have had it less than 4 weeks it's been in a garage the rest of the time and still has on going issues which now you've refused to communicate with me regarding. The cost is yours due to selling a car not fit for purpose and your 28 day money back didn't stand or you refused There was plenty inappropriate behaviour unless you believe shouting at a woman with a 4 yr old in her and stepping forward with threatening body language is acceptable and also on other occasions refusing to discuss other issues and saying its not your problem anymore I've asked for receipt from yourself and never recieved then I had to go to your requested garage when you were there to request reciept I do not find you fair nor professional as a well established business and stand my post and my opinion on your company Kind regards Lucy

I’ve purchased a couple of cars from Brent Lennon cars over the years, and every experience has been amazing. The cars have been reliable, fairly priced, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they really care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. I wouldn’t go anywhere else highly recommend!

Absolutely avoid Brent Lennon Cars. I bought a car from this place back in January last year. During the test drive, the guy sat in the back of the car with the price board and added an extra \xa31000 to the price of the car. Luckily I rememberd what the price was and had to pull up the car online to prove to him that it was \xa31000 cheaper. He gave me a story about how the website he was using must have changed the price without him knowing. Silly me, in my desperate need for a new car and this being the only one in my budget, still decided to go ahead with the sale. Less than 1 month of having the car, my engine light came on. I messaged the dealer straight away and he told me to take it to the garage that he uses. BIG MISTAKE! This man's policy is that you can return the car BEFORE 28 days ONLY IF no repair can be made. What I did not know then was that if you attempt a repair (ie. take it to a garage), you forfeit your consumer right to return the faulty product. The garage (Motorbitz in Besthorpe) are absolute scammers in their own right (they butchered my engine and broke a wire during the repair, and when I took it back for them to rectify, they had my car for 1 month and never even looked at it). The warranty that I purchased though the dealer, which I thought would give me some peace of mind, turned out to be the most expensive piece of scrap paper I have ever bought. It covers almost nothing at all. I spent around \xa32000 on repairs on this car and the warranty covered only \xa3150 of it. \xa3150. They later told me that they had the right to claim that money back from me because it didn't actually fix the problem, and the actual problem with my car isn't something that is covered by them. I am left with \xa37000 of debt, a car that won't even start anymore, and I have not even owned it for a year. When I asked the dealer for help, he told me he was busy having a lovely holiday so he couldn't help me rigth now. Later he started to ignore my messages, and when I messaged him again a few months later he got very angry and said that he was confused because "yesterday you were complaining about suspension, now you're saying it's the engine light". Which tells me that he had mistaken me for yet another unhappy customer. Avoid this man. He knows your customer rights and has written his policy around them to create a loop hole.
