On holiday my brake pipe split, I stopped at this place as it was the nearest one. They were brilliant they said they would be able to do it that afternoon. They showed us how to get back to the chalet. We picked it up the next day so grateful that they did it so quickly 😁 …

I into Somerset Autos Washford without an appointment. My car was having serious issues misfiring badly due to moisture in the plugs and ignition coils. Nick took a quick look and had it all sorted in just 10 minutes! Super efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely a great guy. Excellent service I highly recommend Somerset Autos . Thanks again

Next stop, small claims court. Had a cambelt change on my car in December. It was a dry engine from new. It now leaks oil all over the drive. 1500 miles later with another half bottle of oil gone proves it. Its been back twice since with a "Its fine now" statement but the last time it sat on the roadside for 5 days without moving so I dont believe it was even looked at. Having a service means service & not being fobbed off.

Wow Real Integrity & customer service beyond expectations. We drove in with CRV engine trouble and they were clearly busy but Nick and his team identified problem straight away. Nick was kind enough to drop us to a local pub for lunch, while he fixed the problem, then dropped the car to us, too!! Beyond five stars and would highly recommend such a great team. Next visit is HERE when my vehicle is due for a service. Cant thank you enough Ron&Carmel :)

While on holiday we heard a rattle under the car. Rang this garage and was seen straight away. Problem fixed on the spot in a friendly and helpful manner. Would not hesitate to return if we were local to the area. Thanks a lot.

Had great, responsive experience here today. Having a day out to Dunster with a friend when one of the tyres picked up an ugly big screw. Pulled into Somerset Automotive Washford to identify the cause of the noise which was immediately obvious as the screw was set into a large white disc. The owner, I think, changed the tyre for the space saver on the spot advising me to take it to our local tyre centre when I got home and we were able to continue with our planned day. So kind and helpful. If I lived locally to them I would definitely be bringing my car to them.

I Bring all my vehicles here for MOT, services and fault rectification as the service is top notch. All the team are detailed in their work and always explain everything to get to the bottom of any problems. They are always happy to answer questions and very friendly. I have purchased 3 or 4 vehicles through Somerset automotive and had a great experience every time, I highly recommend them there is not better.

Very inconsiderate garage when it comes to local residents parking outside their homes. This garage parks cars in the layby which have been taken to the garge for work on them all hours of day and night without any consideration for home owners who go to work and then find they cannot park outside their own home when they return
