Very easy straight forward process from start to finish purchasing a car! Adrian was very professional and helpful throughout the process, a pleasure to deal with! On arrival to collect the car the car was presented well. Would highly recommend Bournemouth cars and a huge thanks to Adrian!!

I recently bought a car from Bournemouth Cars and they went above and beyond to assist me. Firstly wanted to say I have been in the motor trade myself for over twenty years, and I know even with the best intentions its not always the easiest, cars are complex and they can and do go wrong. Having travelled all over the country at times in the past to go see cars, it can often be a frustrating experience. Not so with Bournemouth Cars. I called that morning about a vehicle and Adrian told me it was still available, so I set off. Unfortunately on the way there the weather turned awful, not the best for viewing a car. Soon as I arrived the sun came out...Adrian greeted me and very kindly dried down the car so I could see it better in detail. He was extremely relaxed, and allowed me to look over the car in great detail for a long time. He was never pushy, never hung around watching me, just kindly let me get on with it. I must have looked over the car for a good hour and never felt like I was being rushed or hassled. A welcome start! He then let me take the car out myself, for a good 40 odd minutes, so I really felt like I got to have a good overview of the car. We came to a deal and I travelled back a few days later to collect it. Unfortunately on the way home it became clear there was a bit of an issue with the car which only became apparent at higher speed than I was able to previously test it for. I contacted Bournemouth Cars the next day after having had the car initially inspected on my way home. They were extremely courteous and within 48 hours had arranged for a part replacement, and drove it down personally so that I could get he car back on the road. Throughout Joe and Adrian were extremely attentive, and clearly wanted to put things right as soon as possible. The level of service I received was fantastic, and they went really above and beyond to sort it out for me. I know there are many dealers out there who I would have had to fight with to get a resolution, not so here. I don't think you could find a more friendly, welcoming and trustworthy dealer. I sincerely and wholeheartidly recommend them.
They say that the true measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong. Bournemouth Cars did not disappoint. We had an unexpected issue with our Q5 after we collected it. Adrian and Joe were fantastic. No drama, they arranged to get the car back to a local specialist, who assessed and fixed the problem. First class service.
From the first time we walked in to the office when we were looking for our car to the time we picked up the keys everything was brilliant. Everyone we spoke to we felt we could trust and there was no pushy sales pitch just honest opinion and discussion. We bought a lovely Audi Q5 which we are so happy with. I would highly recommend Bournemouth Cars!
